Store Policy

Hours

We are open from 9 AM to 6 PM Monday through Saturday. We are closed on Sundays.

Turnaround Time

Next day delivery orders must be placed before noon.

Larger orders (large arrangements or funeral sprays) must be placed at least 3 days in advance.

Flower and Vase Substitutions

We may use flowers or vases of equal or higher quality as substitutions if the standard option is unavailable.

Refund Policy

Please contact us if you are unsatisfied with your arrangement.

Return Policy

We do not accept returns.

Pick Up No Show Policy

If you do not show up at your designated pick up time, we will hold the flowers for 24 hours.

Delivery No Show Policy

If the recipient is not available to receive the flowers, we will leave it at the door.
